The Premium purchase ($14.99, one time) is final and non-refundable. Premium never expires, and the free trial month gives you the complete Premium + Cloud experience before you decide.
You can cancel your Cloud subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your Premium + Cloud access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and periods already billed are not refunded. When the paid period ends, features lock — your account and setup are never deleted, and subscribing again restores everything.
Billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, email us and we will fix it — that is not a refund, it is our mistake to undo.
